Our up-front engineering and process control is paramount to our success.  Fisher is ISO 9001:2015, PED certified and Bureau Veritas Marine & Offshore certified.  We utilize in-house NDT capabilities to satisfy customer quality requirements. Our welders are ASTM A488, ASME Section IX and PED certified.

Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC

Fisher Cast Steel’s quality assurance system has been certified in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC, Annex I, Section 4.3. The certification is European legislation that covers the design, manufacturing and conformity assessment of pressure equipment and assemblies.

Bureau Veritas Marine & Offshore

Fisher Cast Steel has obtained Bureau Veritas (BV) certification for sand and investment castings in duplex, stainless steel, carbon and low-alloy steel.

Sand casting up to 7,000 lbs. and investment casting up to 68 lbs.

Foundry Management ERP Software

Fisher uses ERP software designed for metal casters to control processes and documentation. All foundry operations are encompassed — order entry, scheduling, production, quality, accounting and human resources.
