Fisher Cast Steel produces stainless steel and carbon steel castings up to 8,500 lbs in weight. Fisher pours an array of materials to meet the required application including austenitic, martensitic, duplex, hastelloy and low alloy carbon steel. To see a complete list of alloys poured, click here.
Fisher’s ARL 3460 optical emission spectrometer can analyze 19 elements including nitrogen which provides the capability to pour a wide variety of metals. Our three large heat treatment furnaces and water quench tank gives Fisher Cast Steel the ability to meet nearly all ASTM and customer specified materials.
At Fisher, a wide range of stainless and carbon steel materials cast can be produced for short or project-based jobs or on-going production work. Fisher Cast Steel’s ability to work with both traditional cope and drag patterns or low-run Styrofoam, printed molds and cores is valuable to our customers.
